This is our second purchase of a Sportage from Ray Skillman. Overall we were satisfied with the experience, other than the price we got for our trade-in. The other comment I might make is our 2017 Spo Skillman. Overall we were satisfied with the experience, other than the price we got for our trade-in. The other comment I might make is our 2017 Sportage is pretty far behind the new model, when it come to technology, and some of the systems are quite detailed and a bit confusing. Driving thru a car wash the first time informed us that the car has Auto Hold, and apparently automatic windshield wipers! Receiving warnings from the car about the Auto Hold as I drove it into the car wash was very unsettling, thinking I might be damaging my brand new car, and the wipers coming on automatically a few weeks later (when they weren't in the "Off" position) was another scary surprise. I think some further explanation of these and other systems on the car would be a great help in allowing us to enjoy our new car without fear of these types of unwanted surprises. More
