About 11 days after my purchase I found out the transmission on my 2020 Sorento was weak, I noticed an aftermarket hitched tower on the back but didn't think it was a big deal, after further inspec transmission on my 2020 Sorento was weak, I noticed an aftermarket hitched tower on the back but didn't think it was a big deal, after further inspection, the previous owner was pulling heavy loads putting additional wear on the transmission. The bumping and jerking is evident now. Once the car heats up, one can tell it struggles. I purchased as is so it's on me to buy Car shield or some other parts warranty dealer. Otherwise the SUV is alright. Tom was amazing to work with as a person representing the company! More
