Purchased a pre-owned GMC Terrain last fall, I’m glad we purchased tire and wheel protection as we recently had a flat tire that was not repairable. Christian took the time to really listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me explore options that actually fit my needs and budget. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, explained features clearly, and was patient with all of my questions. What stood out the most was his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process—it made a huge difference and built a lot of trust. The whole experience, from test driving to finalizing paperwork, was smooth and stress-free thanks to him.
