They sold me a dangerous vehicle. I had it for two days and while driving my power steering went out and I couldn't steer to miss another car and ended up in a ditch which is better t I had it for two days and while driving my power steering went out and I couldn't steer to miss another car and ended up in a ditch which is better than a head on collision. I called and the business manager was rude and refused to let me speak to Sydney the finance manager I was told rather than not talking to her I was asking for the service records and they never once reported any service issues to Carfax which if you have service done at a dealership they have to put that information on the Carfax report. That's the law, so they basically wouldn't do one thing when I asked them to reinspect my car the business ngr absolutely refused. Why because they would be caught lying. I asked for the paper copies of my service they allegedly did and they handed me one solitary piece of copy paper that was obviously not a service record and pretty much ignored anything I had to say. They lied about needing a cosign and when I found a cosign they made me the cosigner and the other person the primary signor so when they repossessed my car they never once tried to contact the person they put as the primary and instead of contacting them I'm the only one who is getting sued for the remainder of the loan since it was too messed up at auction and they only recouped the lowest price they could get because the power steering was 5600$ to fix so I highly recommend doing your homework with service records and stay away from Shae the used car business manager. He actually yelled at my in front of customers and staff. And the guy that took me on my test drive wasn't even a salesman he was the online Guy so everything he said was false. I feel betrayed and it's probably going to be inspected by the BBB because I filed a complaint with them too! Buyer beware More
