Dealing with Woody at this dealership was so smooth. Woody is not a pushy salesman, he let us look over and drive the vehicle on our own without standing right on top of us. When it came to dealing with the final negotiation of the price made us feel very comfortable When I buy another vehicle I will have to consider going back to see Woody at Delong Ford even though I live 35 miles away.

I had the pleasure of working with Zoran to purchase my used my used Mercedes from this dealership. Zoran was my sales rep and he was extremely polite, responsive and professional to my requests for information. During the closing processes, he was very thorough and detailed regarding the paperwork that had to be signed. I would highly recommend using him if you're interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, which I also recommend. The vehicle I purchased was in mint condition and reasonably priced. Unlike the previous used car dealerships I worked with to buy my previously used Mercedes, this car was thoroughly detailed, waxed, tire shined and had an absolutely clean engine cleaning. The engine looked so clean that I would eat breakfast on it. In addition and very importantly, they offer a 15 day transmission warranty and a one year paint warranty. Let's face it, when we purchase a car from a used car dealership, we are very concerned with purchasing a vehicle that may have engine problems, and the transmission is always the most expensive to fix. This warranty alleviates that stress. They are the only used car dealership that I've dealt with that in the past that offers the transmission warranty, In summation, unfortunately, there are some used car dealerships that hide vehicle defects. This is absolutely not one of them-look at all the previous great reviews and good luck!

Excellent experience and great service! I recently had the pleasure of working with Yeonwoo for my car lease . and it was a truly satisfying experience. Yeonwoo was incredibly kind and explained everything thoroughly, which gave me the confidence to make the right decision.   What impressed me the most was him genuine care and attention to detail. My daughter’s car was stolen. I wanted her to go to WCM and we talk to Pat about finding her a car. She chose to go to a big dealership. If having her car stolen wasn’t stressful enough, this dealership was 10 times more than that. Needless to say, we left that dealership very frustrated, but had purchased the car from them. I didn’t like how things done and things didn’t feel right nor make sense. The salesman didn’t explain the purchase in detail and the finance salesman was not any better to say the least. They were dealership mark ups that we made to feel we needed. (almost $3000) I tried calling to cancel these only to be ghosted. I went to Pat for advice and he helped me and made suggestions to make a bad situation somewhat a little better.Did he have to do that? No. But that’s the type of person he is. He’s honest and his transparency is one of those values you won’t see at these big dealerships! I have brought two cars from WCM. I have a great rapport with them. I want my daughter to have this type of rapport eventually. If you are looking for a vehicle don’t hesitate to go to WCM or Grant Park. Believe me you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Pat! Your friendship and business over the years is priceless. Avoid the stress and drama go see them! And shout the Shaun and Jerod in the service department! They treat you right!!

EMC is a hidden treasure. Small shop so you get very personal attention. They contacted me promptly and since I was out of state, they offered a Zoom call to look at the car in detail. I drove down, had a test drive, and bought the car, a 2014 Volvo XC70. They made the paperwork painless and showed me most of the features on the car. Like buying a car from your knowledgeable cousin. Very nice people. Impressed by their collection of fancy cars. They also have cars you can drive daily, and at fair prices. They pick only the best to sell -- my car feels like it's new.
