Adam was great he took care of me and made sure all my needs were met he even took the time to help me set up my Bluetooth and show me around my new SUV. I had a ton of questions and concerns, and Adam did his thing he answered all my questions and when he didn't know he was honest to me and did his best to find out the correct answer. I was so happy with my purchase that the next day my father and I came back and he purchased a jeep from Adam that he saw when I got my truck. I was looking to replace my 2011 Mercedes-Benz and the Jaguar F-Pace S was one of the vehicles that I was looking at. I noticed that Imperial Motors had one that fit most of my criteria. I inquired about it to get their best price and a lease proposal. Steve Link quickly responded to my email and sent me two proposals that met my stipulations. He presented a competitive sale price, no money factor markup (I never pay a markup), and $0 down. He also agreed to match Carmax's trade-in offer. He was very straight to the point, putting forward their very best offer upfront. He was very responsive and upfront via email, and when I wanted to go on a test drive, he had the car ready very quickly within just a 30 minute notice. I sat on their offer looking at other options; I was also cross-shopping different makes and models. I appreciated that there were no 'hard-sell' tactics. No other local Jaguar dealership was able to beat Steve's quote on the F-Pace--none. Fields stated flat-out that they were not able to compete. Unfortunately for Imperial, I was able to negotiate a deal on a 2019 Audi Q8 that I simply could not refuse. If you are in the market for a Jaguar, I highly recommend inquiring over the internet and asking for Steve.

My daughter’s car was stolen. I wanted her to go to WCM and we talk to Pat about finding her a car. She chose to go to a big dealership. If having her car stolen wasn’t stressful enough, this dealership was 10 times more than that. Needless to say, we left that dealership very frustrated, but had purchased the car from them. I didn’t like how things done and things didn’t feel right nor make sense. The salesman didn’t explain the purchase in detail and the finance salesman was not any better to say the least. They were dealership mark ups that we made to feel we needed. (almost $3000) I tried calling to cancel these only to be ghosted. I went to Pat for advice and he helped me and made suggestions to make a bad situation somewhat a little better.Did he have to do that? No. But that’s the type of person he is. He’s honest and his transparency is one of those values you won’t see at these big dealerships! I have brought two cars from WCM. I have a great rapport with them. I want my daughter to have this type of rapport eventually. If you are looking for a vehicle don’t hesitate to go to WCM or Grant Park. Believe me you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Pat! Your friendship and business over the years is priceless. Avoid the stress and drama go see them! And shout the Shaun and Jerod in the service department! They treat you right!!

Went in for an oil change and received excellent service as always. Becca was busy with another customer at the time i arrived and as always she was courteous and efficient with her task at hand.. I had called to see if they had time for an oil chance so she knew what I was there for. She started the paperwork and before long Jose was there to get my truck for the service work. As always the work was done in a timely manner and I was soon on may way home.. In todays world it good to be treated with respect and a friendly smile..
