Adam was great he took care of me and made sure all my needs were met he even took the time to help me set up my Bluetooth and show me around my new SUV. I had a ton of questions and concerns, and Adam did his thing he answered all my questions and when he didn't know he was honest to me and did his best to find out the correct answer. I was so happy with my purchase that the next day my father and I came back and he purchased a jeep from Adam that he saw when I got my truck. What a great experience at Dwight Ford. I worked with Brandon from 2 hours away and it couldnt' have been a more pleasant experiece. From the beginning communication was great. Questions were answered promptly, negotiations were smooth and fair, and they even were kind enough to push my purchase date back a week. I had a trade as well, and they gave me a great offer. I was looking to replace my 2011 Mercedes-Benz and the Jaguar F-Pace S was one of the vehicles that I was looking at. I noticed that Imperial Motors had one that fit most of my criteria. I inquired about it to get their best price and a lease proposal. Steve Link quickly responded to my email and sent me two proposals that met my stipulations. He presented a competitive sale price, no money factor markup (I never pay a markup), and $0 down. He also agreed to match Carmax's trade-in offer. He was very straight to the point, putting forward their very best offer upfront. He was very responsive and upfront via email, and when I wanted to go on a test drive, he had the car ready very quickly within just a 30 minute notice. I sat on their offer looking at other options; I was also cross-shopping different makes and models. I appreciated that there were no 'hard-sell' tactics. No other local Jaguar dealership was able to beat Steve's quote on the F-Pace--none. Fields stated flat-out that they were not able to compete. Unfortunately for Imperial, I was able to negotiate a deal on a 2019 Audi Q8 that I simply could not refuse. If you are in the market for a Jaguar, I highly recommend inquiring over the internet and asking for Steve.

Dealing with Woody at this dealership was so smooth. Woody is not a pushy salesman, he let us look over and drive the vehicle on our own without standing right on top of us. When it came to dealing with the final negotiation of the price made us feel very comfortable When I buy another vehicle I will have to consider going back to see Woody at Delong Ford even though I live 35 miles away.

My daughter’s car was stolen. I wanted her to go to WCM and we talk to Pat about finding her a car. She chose to go to a big dealership. If having her car stolen wasn’t stressful enough, this dealership was 10 times more than that. Needless to say, we left that dealership very frustrated, but had purchased the car from them. I didn’t like how things done and things didn’t feel right nor make sense. The salesman didn’t explain the purchase in detail and the finance salesman was not any better to say the least. They were dealership mark ups that we made to feel we needed. (almost $3000) I tried calling to cancel these only to be ghosted. I went to Pat for advice and he helped me and made suggestions to make a bad situation somewhat a little better.Did he have to do that? No. But that’s the type of person he is. He’s honest and his transparency is one of those values you won’t see at these big dealerships! I have brought two cars from WCM. I have a great rapport with them. I want my daughter to have this type of rapport eventually. If you are looking for a vehicle don’t hesitate to go to WCM or Grant Park. Believe me you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Pat! Your friendship and business over the years is priceless. Avoid the stress and drama go see them! And shout the Shaun and Jerod in the service department! They treat you right!!

Best auto sales experience I can remember. I went to Hawk with the expectation that striking a deal would be difficult at best. Everyone from sales (Lourdes) to sales manager were polite, professional and applied no pressure to buy. I spelled out what I was looking for including interest rates and model etc. There was transparency throughout the whole process. I was shown multiple documents with evidence of my trade-in's value and given bottom line numbers from beginning to end. I have been buying new cars for about 50 years and was not prepared to "do the dance" of negotiating back and forth and made them aware of that. They made an offer, I countered and the deal was done. I loved the fact that there was no pressure and that I was the one setting the tone of the sale.

EMC is a hidden treasure. Small shop so you get very personal attention. They contacted me promptly and since I was out of state, they offered a Zoom call to look at the car in detail. I drove down, had a test drive, and bought the car, a 2014 Volvo XC70. They made the paperwork painless and showed me most of the features on the car. Like buying a car from your knowledgeable cousin. Very nice people. Impressed by their collection of fancy cars. They also have cars you can drive daily, and at fair prices. They pick only the best to sell -- my car feels like it's new.
