I purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento that had 14k miles on it. Two months later the transmission needed to be replaced- my car was no longer able to accelerate and I had to tow it to the dealership. It has now be Two months later the transmission needed to be replaced- my car was no longer able to accelerate and I had to tow it to the dealership. It has now been there for 2 weeks. I have not been given a loaner. I have explained that I have two babies and cannot be without a vehicle. I don’t understand how it’s expected to maintain a $600 car payment when you don’t physically have a vehicle in your possession. It’s completely unreasonable. When you call the dealership- you cannot ever be connected to anyone in service or sales. It is set up so that you have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. Days go by with me leaving voicemails looking for an update on the progress of the vehicle and/or progress of this loaner that I haven’t received- all without a call back. Today I left a voicemail asking for a supervisor to call me back because it is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for days to go by without a call back. I have yet to receive a call back. The last phone call I received was a week ago. The woman I am dealing with in the service department is nice but without being able to directly contact her, and without them providing me with a loaner vehicle while these repairs are done- nice just isn’t enough. Not only will I not use this dealership again, I will most certainly never buy a Kia again. More

Service advisor kept me appraised of the progress made and checked to see if I needed anything while I waited for the vehicle. Extremely pleasant experience. More
Do not, and I mean do not purchase or get your car repaired here. They lack basic communication skills and will “magically” lose your check if you’re going through insurance. They give you “timelines” repaired here. They lack basic communication skills and will “magically” lose your check if you’re going through insurance. They give you “timelines” of when your car will be finished but has failed meeting said timelines every single time. If you have any additional questions about your car, you can forget getting in touch with someone right away. They will force you to leave a VM which takes them hours to get back to you and when they do get back to you, no one knows anything about your car. Manager Salman isn’t any help either. Very nonchalant and lackluster. Go somewhere else where they will appreciate your service! More
Revolving Door for Service Advisors or Staff that don’t communicate with eachother or understand how to use their internal systems correctly. Over charge and give you things that are not necessary for your communicate with eachother or understand how to use their internal systems correctly. Feels more like a retail shopping experience, rather than a Service Department that is dedicated to what is best for your vehicle. More
High pressure, start to finish. Felt like bait and switch all day. And, I agree wholeheartedly with other reviewers that they put additional line items in to inflate the price. Adve Felt like bait and switch all day. And, I agree wholeheartedly with other reviewers that they put additional line items in to inflate the price. Advertised price was $35k, with the “line items “ it brought the price up to $49,000! I told our sales person Lance that I was putting 5% down. Even at $50,000, 5% is $2500. Their numbers said I was putting down $8,000! Pressure for me to put more down, like I had made the mistake. Greg, some kind of manager, comes over to “save me money “ and when the final numbers came out, it added $3,000 to the total price. They refused to disclose the loan rate even though I asked multiple times. I asked for 90 days deferred on the first payment. As I am signing the paperwork, am told that in order to defer, it will add an ADDITIONAL $500 to the total cost. So underhanded. We should have walked away. I hope the car is better than the dealership. More
