Purchased a new Chevy and was completely dissatisfied with the service experience. The communication from the service department was poor as they never returned calls as promised. Top management, neglect with the service experience. The communication from the service department was poor as they never returned calls as promised. Top management, neglected my calls, and never returned them. When informed that I needed a car for doctor’s visits while they were experimenting with the problem and was told they needed it for several days. I was told and I quote “we have no cars and your doctor visits are your problems.” .the lack of communication, accountability and professionalism demonstrated by the service department reflected poorly, on the overall dealer service experience . if I ever have to bring my car back in for service, I seriously doubt I will go back to that dealership. More
