Could have been a 5 stars if I didn't have to come back a week later on my only day off during the week and spend three hours to have them re-patch a tire that wasn't done correctly. Otherwise, great and friendly service. Was even given a coupon for my original service.

I don’t think that it’s right that you sell vehicles with a package that includes a rental in the event that something breaks on our vehicle and then you never have an actual rental for the customer. It was an extreme inconvenience for me and my family and I’m still working on trying to get reimbursed from The coverage that I paid for in the package that I bought. I will say that The Team did an outstanding job at trying to get the part and install it as quickly as possible so I wasn’t without a vehicle for as long as anticipated.

Went to another shop with an on-going issue I had with my vehicle not starting. I decided to go to Continental Toyota and spoke to the manager Jordan and he was able take me in very short notice. Turns out the aftermarket remote start I got installed was causing my battery to drain (I don’t understand cars) They were able to remove it and I have not had an issue since! The technician also sent over a video explaining what he found which was pretty cool. Stew the other service manager was able to explain a little more in “non technician” terms to make me better understand things, which again, I don’t know cars but my car is fixed and I couldn’t be more relieved! Being stuck and not knowing what was going on with my car was such a stressful thing especially when I had my 3 kids in the car. Will be going back for future services!

It annoys me to be charged a fee for using my credit card. That has always been part of the overhead for running a business. What's next, charging me for water when I wash my hands? I'm sure I can find someone else to do my service work which will probably cost less for labor.

I was very pleased with my experience with the Service Department. Mike Krapf explained everything fully regarding an inspection of an Audi A5 I recently purchased and performed an open recall on the tires. He was very easy to work with and it was one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I will not hesitate to bring the car here in the future.

Out standing service. I brought a car two weeks ago. I thought bad service was just normal, but after going to Mike Murphy Ford in Morton, Il, I know good service still exists. My sales man was Kevin Towle, Alsome Guy. Didn't try to cheat me, from me what I wanted at a great price. Also kept his word on the repairs that I saw needed fix and got it done for me within the first two weeks.

Had an issue with the inner air dam on my pickup overextending but it appeared to have corrected itself. Lonnie got me right in for one of the techs to inspect. Concern for me was safety. Had me come back into work area where truck was on a lift and visually review, looks like no breakage and functioning. Lonnie was great and communicated to me what to watch for. This is the kind of service one expects, and I did so.
