This was my best experience to date. I was not happy with previous experiences. Yazmin was extremely polite and knowledgeable and got me answers to all my questions very timely. Doesn't get any better than towing my vehicle, diagnosing the issue and have a clear understanding to fixing my vehicle. Then even making sure I had an Uber to pick me up once it was complete. Very uninterested in my need for service Not willing to explain any options towards my repair When I told her I was stranded and would need a to rent a loaner, her reply was she would try to get me one in explain any options towards my repair When I told her I was stranded and would need a to rent a loaner, her reply was she would try to get me one in a couple of days. Uninformed on price for assessment I told her my transmission went out and I had to tow my car from DeKalb IL approximately 150 miles The First quote to access the repair on my transmission was under $300.00 After it arrived on the lot She informed me that it would be over $1,700.00 Because they had to push it into the repair bay Although I had already informed it was not drivable and had to be towed It is unfortunate because I had purchased my vehicle at Zeigler and thought this would a great time to trade it in and purchase a new vehicle The end result was the $9,000.00 repair was completed somewhere else I don't believe I will ever return as a customer L L More
