These guys went out of their way to try and locate me a 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten. This truck was like a unicorn and trying to locate or get from another dealer was nearly impossible. They worked with me every step of the way, and ultimately, they were able to find one for me. I did have to change my color choice, but ultimately, I'm very happy with what I have now. This is the second vehicle I bought from them and I will more than likely will buy my third there as well.

Stopped in to see what was available in used Pacificas. I was greeted at the door my John. He was pleasant and very respectful to me which in some cases are not the norm for a lady looking at vehicles. John immediately brought in 2 vans ithat I was interested in looking at. He was very knowledgeable and went over each van. As I was closer to making my decision Josh joined us going over more financial decisions. In the end everyone I met supported me during this process. I was very pleased with the welcoming atmosphere and time spent without any pushy tactics. The process was smooth and completed in a timely manner. It was wonderful being in a dealership that truly treated you with kindness. Then to top it off I did buy the Chrysler Pacifica that I really wanted! The service advisor Joey was on point keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle. All around good experience.
