Trying to be fair, as the dealership looks like it does have quality vehicles on the lot, but beware on older used vehicles. In order to check out possible options, a lot of the travel was going to be over 2 hours, so I was only considering my favorite or strongest options. Maybe I moved too soon, but I was given very minimal and possibly wrong information about a vehicle I had an interest in at the dealership that I assume was just to get me into the store. Communications via email seemed direct, providing a lot of information regarding pricing, but the delay in showing me photos of the vehicle should have had me concerned. Even after multiple emails assuring me this was what I was looking for, it took 1 second when I saw it to realize this is NOT what I want and this is priced at great condition and the vehicle was damaged. A few attempts to show me something else (3 attempts in 30 seconds that I declined) and I was out of there. Luckily I had made plans to visit another dealership an hour away from this one and at least it was the vehicle I was expecting. I understand communicating via email with potential customers is sometimes a pain or waste of time, but I wasn't even given all or correct information which could of saved everyone a lot of time and effort. This wasn't a trip down the road, so making the trip to be immediately let down was very disappointing. Don't try to do communications or talks via email. Make sure you get all photos and info before going into to the store. The vibe wasn't the greatest and the sales reps talk loud enough for people to hear their conversations (do you not see me sitting here?) I only want to deal with a business that's honest, kind & trustworthy. I don't think I'd ever consider buying from here. This is just my experience, as I was looking for something very specific and it just wasn't what I wanted & it all could have been avoided if the information was correct & clearly available. More

The deceptive practice of hiding prices to escalate profits leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Asking too many questions is also not welcomed either. No wait, Emanuel never asked if we were familiar with everything in the car. Has customer satisfaction gone out the window. I guess the demand for referrals didn’t. Sherman dodge is where I purchased my first vehicle, I was very skeptical as anybody would purchasing from any dealerships nowadays but the experience I received was a breath of fresh air; I was in commun was very skeptical as anybody would purchasing from any dealerships nowadays but the experience I received was a breath of fresh air; I was in communication with Nelly who is one of the internet sales specialists, when I arrived she had already let the team know and I was greeted with my first name before introducing myself, the vehicle was already washed and cleaned by service, one of the fastest financing i’ve been through, I was in and out the dealership with the deal i was hoping for within an hour and 20 minutes. Nelly made sure to come congratulate me before heading out, 10 out of 10 i’ve already sent my brother in-law to purchase a vehicle and he had an amazing experience with Nelly as well. More
