Sam Hutter and Isabela Oglodzinska went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly parents in test driving and viewing this new Cadillac from their home avoiding them making the trip to the dealership prior to closing the deal. Professional and class acts from start to finish. Highly recommend reaching out to either of them and I will defintley be purchasing from them in the near future.

I asked him to for three different vehicles that I could test drive and he had them all lined up for me when I got there, plus an extra one that I ended up buying. A positive experience all around! Silver Lining in All of It When I found out my GMC Terrain was considered totaled, I was gutted. I bought my Terrain 6 years ago from Rizza and loved every bit of it. Coming back to Rizza, Larry took care of me and my family as we were reeling from the car accident. He is so kind, empathetic, and organic. Speaking with Larry while we were walking through my 2nd purchase of my next Terrain was the silver lining in all that my family had experienced. I am so grateful that Larry took the time to listen and be with me and my family during this moment. My favorite part was that he was present every step of the way.

Hunter did a great job watching inventory and letting me know when a car came in that he thought I would be interested in looking at. The sale went quickly, but the finance group took an hour to complete the transaction that took 2 minutes for us to sign for. That was a bit disappointing.

Friendly, prompt on appointments. The waiting room could use some updates however. The vending machine was not stocked well. I didn't want to buy a drink anyway. There was no food options that l could see. The first chair I attempted to sit in was broken. Thankfully a gentleman already seated told me before I sat all the way down. I pushed it aside & sat in another seat.

I’m not sure if they ever actually had the car in stock, but they lead me around the whole facility trying to get me to buy a different car. “I think it’s here. Hey, check out that Lamborghini!” To make it worse, I was texting with the staff all week about the car under the guise that they actually had the car. Then, after all the walking around the property looking for the car, having the sales guy playing dumb, we get back to the sales floor, they tell me the car isn’t there (after texting me about the car all week and making an actual appointment to look at the car). And then all they did was try to sell me a Toyota. These people strung me along. Absolutely not buying from them.
