Cadillac of Naperville, was extremely helpful in finding what we wanted in our next car. We prearranged for a loan, and time was limited, as I would only have time for a quick test drive and paperwork within a couple of hours. I would like to thank Brad Tustin for taking my initial call find and locating the right car for our needs, then passing info to Bennett, since Brad was off the following day. Worked with Bennett the following morning, I was able to get everything I needed on my end. Arrived in Naperville, quick test drive, paperwork with Bennett, off to Sherri for financing (everything ready on her end). The car was detailed and ready to go, quick overview with Kai who was very knowledgeable in getting me setup. Total time at dealership 2.5hrs, and thankful everyone did their part in assisting us with our needs and timeline. Bennett did a follow-up call. I highly recommend this dealership for your next car. Know what your needs and wants are in your next car, get a pre-approved letter for financing and save an enormous time for all when getting to the dealership.

I’m not sure if they ever actually had the car in stock, but they lead me around the whole facility trying to get me to buy a different car. “I think it’s here. Hey, check out that Lamborghini!” To make it worse, I was texting with the staff all week about the car under the guise that they actually had the car. Then, after all the walking around the property looking for the car, having the sales guy playing dumb, we get back to the sales floor, they tell me the car isn’t there (after texting me about the car all week and making an actual appointment to look at the car). And then all they did was try to sell me a Toyota. These people strung me along. Absolutely not buying from them.
