After wasting time with local dealerships I took a chance with going over 1 hr from my home to get the deal completed and I’m glad I did. Hawk reminds me of CarMax in the way they deal with people. Everything was ready, they honored all agreed upon terms without hassle and didn’t try to upsell me on everything under the sun. Everyone we talked to was incredibly helpful. We drove an hour to see a specific car. When we decided we wanted to make the purchase it was late in the evening, but Mindy, Brian, and the rest of We drove an hour to see a specific car. Easy to find, attractive entrance, and business area. Greeted by Ivan upon coming in and was introduced to Pierce who also will be helping me. The car I wanted to test drive was ready for me which I appreciated as I use a walker and cannot walk that far. The purchase and trade in when smoothly and I appreciated Ivan’s patience and friendliness throughout the transaction. Pierce prepared the car for me to take away and made sure I understood where all the knobs were in my xt5.
