I brought the car in for an oil change and a low tire. We purchased a tire warranty when we bought the car in Feb 2025. Sal said he had no way if figuring out who we had the warranty, that we bought from We purchased a tire warranty when we bought the car in Feb 2025. Sal said he had no way if figuring out who we had the warranty, that we bought from the dealer, with. When he called me back, he stated it was with AllStaye, but expired and the tire was unavailable. I then looked it up myself and it was through Zurich and was good for 5 years. There is no way Sal actually looked into this, why would AllState tell him a policy that doesnt exist was expired. I relayed the policy info to Sal because he apparently could not find it himself. He them called me back and suddenly the tire was also immediately available. This dealership has had a sharp decline since being bought by Advantage and we will not be back. More
