I rated my experience 3 stars due to inconsistent communication during my service visit. While the vehicle was completed on time, there was no walkthrough or explanation of the work performed at pick communication during my service visit. While the vehicle was completed on time, there was no walkthrough or explanation of the work performed at pickup—just a notification that it was ready and directions to retrieve the keys. As a customer, I value understanding what was done to my vehicle, any findings, and whether there are recommendations for future service. This level of communication is something I’ve consistently experienced with other luxury brands, and it makes a difference in overall trust and satisfaction. I would appreciate a more thorough and proactive explanation of services moving forward so I can feel confident in the care of my vehicle. More
