I recently submitted a review on a vehicle I purchased here . The purchase was made 2 years ago . Unfortunately I was involved in an accident and totaled my Vehicle recently . Insurance , Extended warranties etc are great to have in situations such as mine . Once any incurred damages and losses have been covered , the unexpected question is . " where will I get money for another vehicle " ? I instantly called Nissan South and asked for Mr .Nails . I explained my situation to the teller and what it was I needed information about . After a brief hold , she explained that Mr. Nails was not available and would let him know about my situation . Mr. Nails returned my phone call later that day . ( " Are you ok " ) first words from him . I never mentioned year , make or model to the teller . To my surprise , after assuring I was well , " Lets forget about the 2020 Nissan Murano " insisting I come see him today . Regardless of what concerns I had or my fiance's on hand , Mr. Nails was sure I had coffee , refreshments and great customer service . Without fumbling on his words , once again , I drove away in a new truck . Taking into consideration that I have kids , he was sure my options included room for them . He also took time to insure any concerns regarding GAP or extended warranties on my previous vehicle were clearly explained . Such a wonderful and patient finance department . Kindness , honesty , consideration , hospitality , clean establishment etc is what we as customers expect . It can be scary to actually get it all at once . Mr .Nails thanks so much to you and your wonderful dedicated team .

John the service department manager made sure that I was accommodated in every way and I greatly appreciate it. BUYER BEWARE! Shottenkirk Nissan/Riverside Nissan are a bunch of scam artists and dishonest! JT (think he’s gone), Tori the Finance Manager, and Sarah Kate are soulless snakes who will lie, cheat and steal from you! Sold me a 2024 Titan Platinum Reserve with 2,200 miles for $54,000. Was told it was Certified Preowned and a Nissan Fleet Vehicle. Complete lie! The truck had all the certified preowned stickers on the truck which Shottenkirk/Riverside, Shottenkirk Hyundai and Honda are still doing on NON-Certified vehicles! Got the truck home and found out it wasn’t certified and couldn’t get the hood to open! Called them to ask what to do, lots of xx and never got a call back. Truck sat in Nissan of Cumming for 10 days and was told it needed body work to align the hood. Estimates from collision shops for $2,000 to $10,000 to fix the front end. Had to get Nissan executives and USA all the way up to Japan to get involved and almost 2 months later the truck was replaced by Nissan. STAY AWAY!

Everything was OK until we got to Christopher Hamilton (the finance guy). When I asked him about extending the time before my first payment he did the figures and told me it would cost more to extend it. I told him to change it back, and guess what, he didn't. Chris, I told you I leave reviews. Guess you didn't believe me. Well, here you go. Do what the customer asks you to do next time. It's my money, not yours. All in all, I probably wouldn't buy a car from this place again, and I would suggest people buy from somewhere else. The car I got had some brake issues and rattles for no dang reason all the time, and it's a "new" car. I don't know if it is just nissans build quality, or something else.

He was not only taking care it on the timely matter but also including multi-point inspection on my 2019 Altima at the same time. I bought a vehicle from sales associate Glen. He was very pleasant and personable. I love that he was a man of faith and that truly showed in his humble personality. I will say I haven’t had the best experience with the service department. They are not very pleasant and tried to charge me to look some of my concern after only buying the vehicle a couple months ago. They draw you in with free oil changes for life and the prices of the other routine maintenance are pricier than other service centers, must be trying to compensate for the free of charge services.

I have been contemplating so bad on this review.. but I want my voice to be gracefully & respectfully heard! This may not stop your next purchase , but this will give you a brief insight onto what you’re getting yourself into. I am a young black 23 year old who showed no signs of weakness Saturday! Let’s first start off with the Salesman D’Nario , such a great man , but he rushed me the entire time & failed to even go over the paperwork with me, he didn’t read anything correctly he just threw the papers in my face & I found additional add ons to the purchase that wasn’t necessary. Secondly, I have a credit score higher than 760, I was first informed I would have a set payment , after being close to signing paperwork, I was informed immediately after I would have a $5,000 loan I would have to pay off within 6 months by scanning the “dignifi” code , nothing was explained clearly , I was just told it would “help my payments decrease” … after considering not using the loan that wasn’t relevant in the first place , we realized my payments would have been way lower! That was the first red flag. I got a second payment option & was informed additional coverages were included , such as “GAP” & “life long warranties” just to find out after, they were not included! After speaking with the Financial specialists he accommodated many payment options for me, & was very upscale about it. He made me feel like my credit wasn’t xxxx! I know for a fact I was being screwed over because after staying at the dealership for 7 hours of being chased down with different payment options I received the payment option I in FACT qualified for!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. As I continued to leave out the dealership , they came to my car 3 times and conducted bad business , D’Nario argued with my partner & said some personal things that wasn’t necessary. Long story short , be careful , read over your paperwork , & ask MANY questions! I was belittled like I couldn’t get a car with reasonable payments..with a great credit score, & a down payment !!! This dealership wants money , commission, they will laugh behind your back like you’re dumb & they don’t care about you! If I would have signed the papers I would have been in a financial hardship with the dealership!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE & BE CAREFUL! It’s a cultured dealership that will act like they’re working with you , while ALL ALONG they’re working AGAINST you! I love my black people , but this just wasn’t it! Please be careful!
