What sets them apart from some past experiences, is their enthusiasm for their work. There is no pretense here, they are genuinely motivated to show up and give it all they’ve got to ensure a car buyer’s satisfaction. A shout-out, too, to Darrin Talton who explained the optional warranty on the technology bits. We got the warranty for peace of mind. I went in to get my drive belt replaced. They put it on wrong and my car was losing power while driving on the interstate. The oil changes take longer and are more expensive than your local take 5 oil change. I will never come back here

Please, I urgently need to contact the owner. That dealership is full of liars. I traded in my car, and they promised to put me on the title with my mother, who helped me with her credit. Now my mother has passed away, and all the promises have been forgotten. I'm left without a car, and their response is that the finance person no longer works there. You hired him, and you should be held accountable. They are very manipulative; they threatened me, and I wasted so many hours.

DO NOT buy before reading this review! On February 07, 2026 we chose Bella Nissan because we believed we were purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2024 Nissan Rogue from a dealership we could trust. Before agreeing to purchase, we confirmed multiple times with Summer our rep that the vehicle was CPO and included two keys because both were very important to us. We were clearly told yes. At signing, we were unexpectedly told by Najalee that the certification had expired but were assured in writing it would be completed the following week. At delivery, the second key could not be found despite earlier assurances and we were promised one would be provided. We were also told we would receive the dealership’s advertised $25 test drive gift card. As of now, none of these promises have been fulfilled. We still do not have CPO confirmation, the second key, or the gift card. Instead, we have had to repeatedly follow up ourselves and were asked to drive over 4 hours roundtrip to correct issues that resulted from the dealership’s failure to deliver what was promised. The most concerning part is not the missing items, it is the lack of follow-through after written and verbal commitments were made during the sale. Certified Pre-Owned status is a major factor in a purchase decision, and customers should be able to trust those representations. We are simply asking Bella Nissan to honor what was promised without requiring unnecessary travel. If resolved, we would gladly update this review to reflect a better outcome. VIN: JN8BT3BA0RW356552
