This was, by far, the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Since this was a significant purchase for me, I visited the dealership three times before making my decision. On my first visit, I didn’t meet with a sales consultant because I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet. However, Tim, who demonstrates the features of the vehicles, gave me a detailed walkthrough. This allowed me to see the features firsthand and carefully consider my must-haves versus what I could live without.
On my second visit, Tim introduced me to Rosh, a consultant who was exceptionally professional and focused on my needs as a customer rather than just making a sale. Rosh made it clear that if I decided to purchase a Mercedes from their location, our relationship would continue throughout my ownership of the vehicle. I expressed that I had another appointment that day but wanted pricing on an E-Class model. Not only did he provide the information I needed, but he also respected my time by reminding me of my hard stop. This thoughtful approach was greatly appreciated. Rosh never pried into personal matters like my income or profession; instead, he only asked if I had found a vehicle I truly loved.
Even though I didn’t purchase a vehicle during my second visit, Rosh continued to follow up with me weekly, offering assistance and answering any questions I had. On my third visit, Rosh was incredibly patient, showing me various vehicles until I found the one I fell in love with—my Mercedes!
The financing process with Levi was quick and seamless. He was personable, and the entire process took less than 30 minutes.
