This review is for the Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South - Newnan, Georgia Service Center location on Doc Turner Way. This is a nicely-designed, new service center, and it was my first experience with this location. Monica was my primary point of contact and was professional, prompt with updates, considerate and helpful - above and beyond, and very much appreciated. (I also briefly met Kenny and Stuart, who both listened to my description of the problem at drop-off - very patient and nice (thank you both), as well as Madison, who I also spoke with in person and on the phone- so pleasant.) Thank you all for your hospitality. Had an issue with my car that, at first, seemed to be the battery after requiring a couple of jumps intermittently, but the service department ran analytics that determined that it wasn't the battery itself or the key fob. Turns out, it was mostly because the car wasn't being driven as much as normal and the problem was resolved after the service department verified that everything was good. There was no charge for this, and I believe that not only did they save me many hundreds of dollars (I had requested a new battery that wasn't needed), they were honest and professional, as well. I called and told Albert that i was ready to get another esprinter van. He told me no problem was going to get me all that i could pick from. I had to ask him multi times what was going on and would another esprinter van. He told me no problem was going to get me all that i could pick from. He wanted to give me a excuse that they didnt sell well for them and that non are in stock so it would take sometime. We first talked about a rebate that they were doing and it was 30k but that was a older year modles but i ask the question why he he told me that i needed to ask the mercadies and not him. Like ok let me just stop what im doing and call Mr mercadies him self why. he is my rep if i have questions i think he should answer so that made me feel really bad not getting my questions answered. i wait 2 weeks and i still never got a list. I told him dont worry about it im moving on to another dealership. His boss reached out to me and I thanked him for that but the other dealership got back to me in 1 day with all the vans i could pick from. Something that took 2 weeks only took 1 day. Whats upsetting is im a returning customer bought a van from them back in 2022 and i was just put off to the side because people had tax money and my sales did not matter. More
