Went trade in shopping he got me a good trade in value and he sold me on a Nissan Frontier. There was a paperwork discrepancy that in the end was my fault but Athens Ford and Michael did right by me in correcting it and I really appreciated that. First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck. Make sure when you go you ask for her. She will do you right. Thank you so much Pioneer!!!

TLDR: Allan Vigil Ford clearly doesn't value their customers once you buy your vehicle! I can't recommend the dealership due to the service department. The dealership did not advise that the recall to replace a clip on an interior trim piece would take 24 - 48 hours when the job should take less than 5 minutes. This is incredibly inconvenient when I'm going on vacation in less than two days. The Service Advisor, Julius Nave, said the truck would be finished 5pm the next day due to my vacation. I called at 5:30 PM the next day and not only did they not complete the recall, they had to order the clip and it may not be here tomorrow either. I'm delaying leaving for my vacation for several hours in hopes that the clip will be on the morning part delivery. I'm incredibly disappointed in this dealership's service department. Coming from a Jeep I thought their service department was bad but this Ford Dealership is the worst I've been to. I've never had to such a bad experience from a dealership.

If i could give them more than 5 stars I would! Our whole experience was nothing short but amazingly exceptional! David McCalla was the most genuine, real, driven, for his customer person! Definitely one of a kind. The finance manager and Nikki who finalized everything we also a pleasure to work with. These 3 people went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. And we cannot thank Mr. David McCalla enough! Highly recommend!!!

Made an appointment to have my door lock on my 2020 F150 checked as it wound not lock or unlock on passenger front. They called and said it was fixed.changed some settings. Picked up the vehicle and still had the same issue. Didn't even check the reason it was brought in. Told me they would pick it up and get it fixed on the following Friday. Get a text on Friday telling me they could not get to it. Made another appointment for the following Monday. Took it in and was told the warranty company was closed and it was going to be a 195.00 diagnostic fee and 700 plus to fix if it was the actuator. All I have gotten was a runaround. This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership. I will no longer purchase Fords again.
