I made a mistake and fueled the wrong number and Darianna answered . I didn’t even know where Hinesville was but she was so nice and helpful over the phone that I drive 3 hrs to buy a new 160 ford platinum f answered . He actually listened to what I wanted and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The whole process felt way more relaxed than I expected when buying a vehicle. Everything was explained clearly — pricing, financing, all of it — and there were no surprise twists. That alone made a huge difference. Honestly, the biggest thing I can say is this: I’ve never owned a Ford before, and I probably wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for Phil. He made the entire process so easy and comfortable that I felt confident every step of the way. I left feeling happy with my decision, not stressed or second-guessing. If you’re going to J.C.
