From first contact to signing the final papers and driving away in our new vehicle, the process was not only smooth and painless, but actually pleasant and fun! I can't say enough about Scott Pantin, he went out of his way to answer every question we had and made the whole buying experience a great one, he should be training every new salesperson! Sean the GM and Paul in the business office also went out of their way to expedite the sale and get us on our way with our new vehicle, all with a smile. After negotiating with 2 other VW dealers I found Gunther VW using True Car. Gunther’s first offer was lower than the previous offers after back and forth negotiations with the previous dealers They made there first and best offer right away without me having to haggle with them like the first 2 dealerships. After seeing the offer from Gunther one of the first dealerships now said they would like an opportunity to match or beat the offer from Gunther. By this point, I just appreciated that Oscar from Gunther gave me the best price he could right from the beginning and the price didn’t depend on my ability to talk them down. Oscar showed me he was dealing in good faith and I didn’t bother to offer the other dealer to match. Gunther earned my business and I made the purchase today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They handled most of the paperwork before I arrived and all together it only took a little over an hour to close the deal and get the car detailed, fueled up and ready to go. Great experience all around. Thank you Oscar. You were polite, funny and a pleasure to deal with.
