Worst experience ever. Sold a brand new 2026 Atlas RLine with scratches and no carwash. They had my vehicle for 4 days, Nothing was done to it, they didn't want to provide a loaner. They had a random person ( no dealer shirt logo) drive my car from the dealer back to my house; glad he didn't have an accident while driving my car for me. Car is dirtier than when it left. Absolutely worst dealer experience ever. Sales team laughed when I offered to get a discount on the car to take car of the scratches my self. They said, let us fix it and provide excellent customer service. What a joke. Will not return to this place, extremely frustrating experience. Managers didn't want to take responsibility; Leo, Peter, Miguel, very poor service. More
