We’ve been looking for about 2 months and have been to almost a dozen dealers but just couldn’t find what we were looking for. They all wanted to push us into the car they wanted and we dealt with some ve almost a dozen dealers but just couldn’t find what we were looking for. They all wanted to push us into the car they wanted and we dealt with some very rude salespeople, putting down their competitors by name and they had very bad business ethics. Then finally we happened to stumble across a nice car online that led us to New Port Richey Volkswagon and were greeted by Joshua. He was very personable and honest. He was like, I hear what you’re looking for but I’m not too sure we can get you where you want, but let’s try. Well we went looking for a used car and left with a brand new 2024 Jetta! Joshua is honestly very easy to work with and extremely respectful for a car salesman. If you’re looking for an honest salesman who’s not going to pressure you or lie then Joshua is your guy, enjoy your Jetta! Oh and David in finance was awesome as well, very awesome duo when spending thousands of dollars!! Thank you Joshua and David, we will see you in two years! More

What started off as a great experience with buying a used car has now turned into a question of integrity and worse. Six weeks ago my wife and I bought a used car in cash and we still can't get the title f car has now turned into a question of integrity and worse. Six weeks ago my wife and I bought a used car in cash and we still can't get the title for the vehicle. My original temporary tag provided expired so I had to call and get another one from them with the promise this would be resolved. Well still no resolution, the Finance department won't return my calls and my second temporary tag will be expiring soon. The DMV office recommended to report this to first the Department of Motor Services and next to the Attorney General which is in process now. Unfortunate because sales staff was great. I would be weary and ask for proof of title or other means if you decide to look to shop at Volkswagen of New Port Richey. More
