Service was good, as always, even though my car was not washed as all of my previous visits and after waiting more than an hour and a half. But I was willing not to make a big deal about it. Until a couple of hours later, when I went to retrieve something from the back seat and I grabbed the door handle, and I got black shop grease all over my hand. I decided to check the other side, and it also had grease, and I had no place to clean my hand. This is definitely not acceptable.

Shortly, Devon came out and directed me to his desk, explained the process, recommended services and costs. Explained that the update and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to complete. He, then, escorted me to the beautiful new waiting area. The waiting was pleasant with comfortable seats , snacks and clean bathrooms. Thank you, Devon.

I had a different expectation from my previous experience and Alessio (car salesman) made me feel very comfortable and confident about my 1st volkswagon vehicle purchase, the process was all a breeze. Alessio is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for your needs and requests. I appreciated that they were upfront about the pricing and didn't try to push any extra stuff or a car I didn't like. I must mention everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Servicer is excellent. Metry is professional and explains everything. Scheduling an appointment is very easy. The staff that manages the car washing are friendly and efficient. Randi the courtesy car driver is a good driver and explains estimated time of pick up. I bought the Car at MB of Daytona and always have a good experience. I now live on Cape Cod and bring the car immediately to MB of Dayton to check the tires, windshield wipers, fluids and overall check since it is several thousand miles. Great service.
