I am sorry that you have been so unhappy with your service experience. I spoke with your Advisor Patrick and he tells me that he did leave you messages as soon as Our Master Diagnostic Technician let him know that the problem was the Hybrid Battery on your 2007 Prius. I know you declined the repair and again I am sorry we were not able to resolve this issue Ryan Fischer General Manager
