When I called the day before my appointment for confirmation, I was told that a loaner is not available because I had made the appointment 24 hours earlier. After explaining the situation to my service representative, he explained to me that the online portal does not send the information to the central appointment handler until the day before the appointment! Obviously, such a system is flawed. Fortunately, my service representative, Christian, accommodated me with a loaner. More

I know the inspectors will always take a very protective/aggressive position regarding needed repairs but I thought the “immediate action required” on every recommended repair was a little excessive.
