The dealership overall was frustrating from the standpoint of having to interact with 4 different individuals before walking out the door. This seems to be the nature of the car industry that I do not like. Further, the "Suggested" retail is never what you believe. Upon agreeing to a price there was nearly $10,000 added to the cost before walking out the door. I always feel like someone is hiding something or that the interactions are not as transparent as everyone portrays that they are. I might do business here again, but with eyes wider open. More
