Pleasant, professional, did not feel pushed or rushed. Vegas was available and helpful. Got the car I wanted. My only issue is there was no email telling me how to access my documents. Would be nice to get a little more information. I will meet with someone to go over the car with me so I will find out and perhaps this is the routine. More
