I came in for my first oil change/service. I had concerns with the ventilated seats ( not having any appreciable flow) and the phone charger heating the phone but not charging the phone. I stated that the light comes on but the phone does not charge. I was told the tech got his to charge so it was ok. Well it doesn’t charge my phone. I believe that the tech put his on the charger, the light came on, and he advised the service advisor it was working. I was told that the seats have a small fan so whatever flow there was represented what it would be. My response was that if they don’t work they are not a benefit. I have had other manufacturers cars where there was obvious flow( (for cooling we are in Florida).The vehicle was returned nicely washed and vacuumed. More

I visited and talked with several dealerships before settling on Viallges Subaru. From the moment we hit the parking lot until I drove out with my new car I was pleased. Deandre was by far the best sa settling on Viallges Subaru. From the moment we hit the parking lot until I drove out with my new car I was pleased. Deandre was by far the best sales advisor. He listened - let me tell him my entire story and never pushed me. I wanted to work the numbers before picking the car - he followed how it felt best for me to do it, and that was everything to me. His manager, Edward, was kind, transparent, and patient as my scenario was not straightforward. Josh in financing was very thorough and walked me through everything in clear, easy-to-understand language. The car needed a new battery because it had been sitting on the lot for a bit, and that was taken care of immediately. I didn't set out to purchase a newer-to-me car, but my car had broken down the day before, which set this in motion. I was not overly prepared for the purchase, and Villages Subaru helped me walk through it with integrity and kindness. More
