First of all, Shane Duffner is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He’s been my only salesman for over 10 years. He’s attentive and honest. He truly listens to what his clients want!! I will never use anyone other than him. My advisor Kareem is great!!! He made me feel comfortable when I dropped my car off this am and he was on it when letting me know what was going on and what I needed for my vehicle. He even backed my car up and moved it for me because I wasn’t comfortable doing it in the garage/drop off area!! He will be my advisor from here on out!

It is now 8 months since I bought my car from Crown Volvo. The car buying experience was the best I have ever had (did what they said, low pressure, made it easy, followed up, sold me the car for the price they told me, which was a very good price) and I gave that 5 stars on Google at the time because there are no more stars than that to give. Here I am this much later and I had a question so I sent it to Chris Lowry, who sold me my car in the first place. Chris followed up the same day with a response and is going to research my question and get back to me. That is real customer service. This place is like no car dealer I have ever been to. I am so glad I bought from here.
