Let me start by saying one star is far too generous for this place. I won’t say “dealership” since they are far from any type of dealership I’ve ever experienced. IMPORTANT: This is my opinion and everyone has a right to voice their opinion. As guaranteed by the first amendment of the Constitution of the United States. We purchased two Genesis vehicles the same day and this place was a joke from the very beginning. While the product is fantastic, the dealership (again, I use that word loosely) IMO should not represent such a fine brand! Where do I begin, they don’t answer their phones because they are having technical difficulties (for days), the GM, and that word is really used loosely, does not return calls at all! Not the same day or even days later!!! Example: from our purchase three months ago, they owed us $150 in a “we owe,” I have proof, but they refuse to honor it because the manager is no longer there. We went in person since they don’t return calls and the showroom had customers, we asked for our money and they all scrambled to get the GM who then proceeded to tell us if we didn’t leave he would have us arrested!!! We verbalized our opinion that they were a lousy dealership and no one should do business with them. Our right, freedom of speech. IN MY OPINION!!! So the “GM” says did you receive my email (written minutes before) well no sir, I said - we are here to get our money. Let’s just say, as I stated, we bought two Genesis that day so $150 is not going to break us, but it’s the principle… this dealership is as others have reported “SHADY” in my opinion. There are so many other things, the list goes on and on, but what really did me in is that several days ago, I received a birthday card that says “call and schedule your birthday car wash on us”. Well remember, I have been threatened to be arrested if I set foot on the property. Another example of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing!!! I called the dealership to speak with the “GM” to see if I could come get the birthday car wash and I have yet to get a call back after the receptionist took the message. Are the cars good… ABSOLUTELY, just go to any other dealership rather than Fort Myers Genesis! All this over $150.00 “We Owe”. If this review saves one person from having the experience we had, if was worth my time! More
Car brought in for oil change, wipers and check of squeaky roof late Dec.. Despite a dozen calls, car was returned March 22. The detailer threw out all my personal belongings, gate pass, ez pass, inspection stickers, registration, insurance, etc. It's now April 30 and nobody will return my calls to remedy the problem. Every voicemail I've tried is full. Just pitiful. Great cars - awful service! More

My experience with this dealership is mixed! Working with Chris, Madison and Phil Moody was very good. The process of getting my vehicle was not great! It took me 4 hours from the time I arrived for my appointment until I drove away with my new car. This process was totally inefficient. My salesman was overwhelmed by handling another customer coincident with me. Getting into the Finance office took forever! I believe he was overwhelmed with too many closures in a compressed timeframe. As far as the new vehicle is concerned, the windshield was not clean and I had to clean it when I got home. The other comment is in regard to the dealership offices. Very poor and unprofessional! I realize a new building is being planned which should resolve that issue. The managers office in the corner had dark windows so you could never see the manager or what was going on or not going on! I believe transparency should exist across all employee offices, much like every other dealership I have experienced. In summary, I am pleased with my new car and I enjoyed working with Chris, Madison, and Phil. I hope my future service needs at this dealership will be excellent and efficient. Dick White More
