Working with Jim Fix at Delray Buick GMC was a great experience. No pressure, patient and provided insurance referral assistance when I ran into an issue trying to insure the vehicle. I have never been able to buy a vehicle with you because the sales department was never easy to work with and forced me the last time to purchase my 2018 Yukon Denali from your dealership in Fort Pierce. the sales department was never easy to work with and forced me the last time to purchase my 2018 Yukon Denali from your dealership in Fort Pierce. Robert Heinsohn has always been my service guy since and is great to work with and is very helpful on everything from breakdowns to general service work. I've never had an issue while working with Robert. I can go anywhere for a less expensive oil change and tire rotation but having an appointment with Robert I know I can drop my truck off and I don't have to worry about anything. That's worth the extra cost. Frank Castagna helped me out once or twice when Robert wasn't available, and he was great to work with. You have a great team back in the service department. More
