Bought a car on 2/16. We traded a vehicle in and they didn’t pay my trade in off until 4/16/2024. 2 full months after we traded the vehicle in. The sold my trade in at au We traded a vehicle in and they didn’t pay my trade in off until 4/16/2024. 2 full months after we traded the vehicle in. The sold my trade in at auction but never paid my car off. Now my credit has taken a 47 point hit bc of two missed payments not by me. The dealerships answer is they sent me a letter saying it was there mistake and I have to reach out to the credit bureau to resolve this issue. So now I have to take extra time and energy to get the issue resolved even though it wasn’t my fault. Crazy how such a big dealership can deal like this and not have any recourse for their actions. Also the advirtised price for the vehicle was changed at financing and added an addition few thousand dollars extra to the cost of the car. Just disappointing and I wouldn’t by or sell a car to this dealership if you paid me too. More

My husband and I had to unexpectedly get a new car after my AC in my 2012 Chevy equinox needed a total rebuild. After doing some research, we decided to pursue looking at Toyota RAV4’s next vehicle. We were going to invest in due to the positive reviews and longevity of Toyota products. Chris was very quick to meet us and provided us all of the Relevant information from The get go. We got to test drive several different versions of the RAV4 and ultimately settled on the new 2024 Toyota RAV4 hybrid LE, Which, since I drive almost 200 miles a week for work was ultimately the best decision for us. Mark Jacobs in the finance department was also extremely helpful and made sure my husband and I understood all of the processes and numbers that came purchasing our new car. On the lot was so helpful and made the buying process seamless and stress-free as they could. We greatly appreciate it and look forward to having our new car for as long as we can! More
