Still in the preliminary stages of trying to sort this out, but long story short, I brought my low-mileage Jeep Wrangler (purchased at Gator) in for service, check engine light was on and engine was running rough. So, $1800 and five trips later, Jeep still had check engine light and was still running rough. Was told to "drive it and it would clear up." Service manager Scott Davis offered to investigate further for an additional $4200. I am currently having the vehicle evaluated for service performed and continuing issue. Be careful at the Gator Jeep dealership service center, their prices are inflated, and in my case, the problem went unresolved, though I paid in good faith.

This is my second round with a Kia car: 2026 Sportage. Jimmy, my sales rep was absolutely amazing and Gary was able to fulfill all my needs. Everyone was fantastic, cooperative and kind. I highly recommend purchasing a car through Kia because the experience is always so thorough and smooth. I was not pressured into getting anything but only guided in a way to fulfill my request for what I wanted in a vehicle and I appreciate that the most. What a great staff they have!

Absolutely worst bmw dealership in south Florida… Parts department refused to match pricing of several other local bmw dealerships parts dept for all weather floormats / cargo mat for my brand new m3 comp xdrive she said it was 250 I said no way Msrp is 161 and AutoNation Bmw sells for 139 and showed her I had to raise xxxx and speak with manager who eventually matched sad they push customers to go to other dealers

It takes roughly a week to get an in warranty 12 volt battery replaced. I recommend anyone still on warranty go to a car parts store and buy a replacement. They’ll install it for you. My comment of Jan31 was written by my son who witnessed my frustration. The only thing I disagree with about what he said is “ don’t buy a Hyundai”. I have two Elantra’s and they’re great vehicles and nicely priced. Their new ownership is having some startup issues in my opinion.

Worse experience I have ever encountered, was placed in jail because one of the salespersons called the cop saying I was trespassing when I just bought a car from them, the bank said there was obligated to fix the car.So instead of fixing the car it seemed more easier to call the police and have me arrested for trespassing. Avoid Kisselback Ford Service. I paid $8k for a new transmission only to have it fail approximately 500 miles later, leaving me stranded in Georgia. Ashlynn provided terrible follow-up during the initial repair and was completely dismissive when I called for help with the breakdown. I requested a manager and was refused. Save your time and money—go somewhere that actually stands behind their work and values their customers.
