This was my first experience with CarMax and I was very pleased at how quickly the entire process took place. The amount they gave me for my trade was the most of any other dealer I had spoken with. From browsing different options to day of purchase, my experience with Carmax was great! The information available online about the vehicles was comprehensive and I felt very relaxed and confident once at experience with Carmax was great! We spent two days in CarMax and walked out with more than we could have hoped for. Neither of us has purchased a pre-owned vehicle since the 1970's! Terry Tsakiris was our sales consultant and he was like an angel sent from heaven to help us! He seemed genuinely interested in what we wanted. He wasn't in a hurry and he wasn't pushy. Actually, working with Terry was such a rewarding experience that we are actually looking forward to our next buying experience. Lastly, I want to spread some love to Sosha, our Customer Advisor. We had a couple of very small things that needed to be taken care of and she made us feel like she wanted the best for us. We are spreading the word about our exceptional CarMax experience. More

Thurs far, CARMAX brand remains superior, consistent with expectations. At present, I have no intentions of ever purchasing "new" again. Indeed should CARMAX continue being a genuine provider - I see no need in the "new car" saga. Character, honesty, reputation, integrity - nothing else will ever matter, Period. Thank You. More
Purchased at 2022 GMC canyon got a call back stating milage was off by 60-80 miles and how I needed to do a return and repurchase. I told them I was not comfortable doing that even called guest relations and I was told that is the only option. I reached out to other dealerships to see if that’s true and they said no and how no dealership can pressure anyone into doing that. I asked if they can just send an odometer correction form so I can get my tag went though multiple text and still no response. I refuse to have my credit ran again becuase of a mistake that is not my fault and get offered a free tank of gas totally unprofessional and not good buisness from a dealership of this caliber. I def would like someone from home office to reach out to me about this incident so I can get my tag that I have been waiting three weeks for. Thank you Misha the sales rep was amazing by the way.
