On Saturday 4/26 I went to the dealership to get an oil change, Josh from service took care of me and he was very good. He informed me that the oil change mileage was set wrong at the factory and reset that so that I get on a 7500 mile oil change schedule and got the Tucson into service to apply a firmware recall. He said it would take 2 hours and I was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.

Michael was excellent and the problem was addressed under my new car warranty. But when leaving the dealership we noticed my drivers side door was ajar - off line. I didn't bring it in that way. Michael took it back into the shop- door adjusted but not completely lined up.
