Salesperson Mr Corcho was very nice and professional. The finance person is an artist of deception and bait-and-switch. I am 3 weeks later still dealing with them to remove about $5,000 in unauthorized The finance person is an artist of deception and bait-and-switch. I am 3 weeks later still dealing with them to remove about $5,000 in unauthorized extra charges he added to my settlement, Never a disclosure, just the "sign here" without so much as a copy to be reviewed and the signature block covers 90% of the tablet. How convenient! Then he promised to email the entire package to me "in the next 15 to 20 minutes", that never happened. It took three calls and four days before I got the paperwork and now I know why! Clearly he didn't want me to read and see what he had done. More
