From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and honestly the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made all thanks to Phil M! What really stood out was how quick and efficient everything was. With a baby at home, we needed the process to be fast, and Phil made that happen seamlessly. We told him exactly what we were looking for over the phone, and he came back with the perfect option..which is the truck we ended up purchasing! Phil was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. He truly listened and guided us in the right direction. He also gave great advice on how to preserve the truck’s value, including recommending undercoating. My 22 Chevy 1500 5. - Pro101fire

My 22 Chevy 1500 5.3 8 speed with 34k miles had a transmission issuse and oil leak from the pan. The dealer said I needed a new factory transmission and oil pan seal, all covered under factory warranty. Took about a month to get the truck back. GM's transmissions are on back order but the dealer already had one coming in. Once it was in, they had the transmission replaced in 2 day. The work they did was great. The problem I have was no loaner autos available. This might be more a GM issuse then dealer. I could of got rental and get reimbursed later which I didn't like that opinion. Luckily I was able to borrow a suv from my parents for the time.

So after numerous trips to the dealership for numerous codes on my 2023 Chevy Colorado any having my truck for a whole week. I get it back with the same problems and a charge and excuse that it was my aftermarket lights. After disconnecting my aftermarket lights still having the issue I returned the truck for another chance at fixing it. Once again having the truck for four days they said it checks out an no problems what so ever. Welp I had another check engine light and decided to check the codes at advance auto parts. Every code was a low voltage code. Four codes and they stated it was the battery not holding a charge. Replaced the battery and it has been 2 whole weeks and no check engine codes what so ever. So find a dealer that a service dept that cares and what's to find your problem. Many hours of my time and there time wasted and were unable to find the problem. Simple fix !
