I would have given 5 stars but for the shock at checkout when I learned there was an additional fee for using a credit card. This was never charged before and there was no notice that this was now happening. When I asked about it, I was told it went into effect in Oct. I think there should have been notices sent and a sign at check out advising this change.

This is the 4th car I have bought at Dublin VW, and the last two have been from Joelle. Let me start with this - I hate buying cars. From the process to dealing the haggling, literally trap me in a room filled with spiders and I’d prefer that. So, when I say Joelle is literally the only human I would ever buy a car from again, it should carry weight. She’s the best, period. She listens well, is not pushy, and you can tell that she actually is passionate about making people happy by connecting them with a car that suits them. Never once did I feel like I was being sold anything—and I’m an attorney and I’d know. Rather, it feels like a collaborative experience. Ultimately, 4 years ago because of some personal circumstances I had to give up my Atlas and downsize, and I hate the car I got. She helped me with that, and remembered me when she reached out to help me find a new car. It was transformative for me when she sat with me and helped me find solutions to buy a new Atlas. And the coolest thing—I think she might have been happier for me than I was for myself. She’s a great saleswoman but a better human. I’d recommend her to anyone and won’t buy a car from anyone else. Also, shout out to the dealership generally. They always take back my cars and treat me fairly. The last car…just yikes in so far as the condition at the end of the lease. No questions asked they took it. This is literally the only place I can imagine buying a car again.

When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Winn Volkswagen is AMAZING!!!!! I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free. If you need service on your vehicle please see Jade he is so kind and knowledgeable and if you want to buy a new vehicle please see Paulo. Ash the sales manager is great, I felt very comfortable speaking with him. Let me sum this up--Winn Volkswagen is a Win Win they treat you like family. We were looking for a white Tiguan with 3rd row for our nanny - they didn’t gave one in stock, but within minutes were able to get approval to trade one from another dealership. I wasn’t able to go the next day to pick it up, so they delivered it to our home on Carmel. They beat Seaside an Salinas lease deals and were much much more pleasant and responsive.

Great dealership and sales personnel. Very hard working salesman and women. See Fatima and Vlab, they both did a great job in showing myself and wife what we wanted and drove over from Sacramento to see and buy. We bought our 2016 ram 2500 from them on Sunday. They both worked hard on cleaning the truck up before sending us on our way home with our new truck. We are very grateful for their good deal as well. We would buy from them again if they have what we want again when ready to buy our next auto.

I will be honest since Ray is very personable and well spoken it made me want to buy another Volkswagen. He even sent detailed videos, which made the process easy and informative. Mike, the sales manager, impressed me by taking my call after hours on his personal cell phone to answer my questions—something you don’t often see these days. I had the opportunity to work with Eric and Josh and it was probably the smoothest dealer experience that I have had in a long time. Everything from our initial message, confirming my visit, and having the car ready when I got there. Eric was very patient with all my questions, and helped me find the vehicle I felt was best for me. They both then helped me secure an awesome deal, and we got everything done efficiently. Absolutely an amazing experience with Rob in the service department at this location. I had owned VW's in the past and left the brand for 10+ years. Recently decided to come back; however, had a minor issue that needed attended to. Went to another dealer (not in town) and had a horrible experience. Decided to come to Coachella Valley VW, as my neighbor had recommended and what a difference. My issue was taken seriously, addressed and fixed. Along with the challenge I had, I was recommended by my friend to do a few additional things, which Rob was more than happy to assist with on my new GTI. In addition to Rob, I was to commend the young man who picked me up with the courtesy ride (apologies I forgot his name) - extremely kind and a pleasure to talk to on the ride from the North side of town. So happy I found this dealer and will be doing all my services moving forward, if they all continue like this! Thank you Rob, the kind gentleman who gave me a ride and Coachella VW!
