I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Miguel at Puente Hills Volkswagen. This was my first time leasing a car, and to be honest I was a little nervous going into the process because I’ve Miguel at Puente Hills Volkswagen. This was my first time leasing a car, and to be honest I was a little nervous going into the process because I’ve always heard stories about pushy car salespeople. Miguel completely changed that perception for me. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to have my best interests in mind. He never once made me feel pressured or rushed. Instead, he made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, which made a huge difference for someone like me who was new to leasing. Miguel went above and beyond by taking the time to show me multiple vehicles and letting me test drive three different cars so I could truly find the one I loved. Not once did he seem annoyed or thrown off by my questions or requests. He was extremely patient and made sure I understood everything about each car. I ended up leasing a 2026 Tiguan SEL R-Line Turbo in Monterey Blue, and Miguel did an incredible job explaining all of the features of the vehicle. After I chose the car, he walked me through all of the technology, controls, and features so I felt confident driving it. That extra time and attention really showed how much he cares about his customers. He also worked hard to help me get a better payment, which I truly appreciated. The entire paperwork process was surprisingly smooth and easy thanks to him guiding me through everything clearly. As a younger buyer, I also really appreciated how respectful Miguel was throughout the entire process. He treated me seriously and with complete professionalism, which made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I would honestly rate this experience a 12/10. Miguel’s patience, knowledge, and genuine attitude made my first leasing experience stress-free and enjoyable. My uncle and I had a positive experience at Puente Hills VW. Chris was very very accommodating. We checked out a different car initially, but de used to go with another one on their inventory, and when Chri VW. Chris was very very accommodating. We asked if it can be looked at not to drive, but he went back again and double checked. We ended selecting the vehicle. Miguel who also assisted us was very accommodating with questions, and helpful. I have not had a lot of time with the vehicle yet, so I hope the one we had chosen would give us the same experience as another customer who was there. His words resonated with us regarding his experience VW. It is my first time and had chosen a somewhat used one, but relatively new, for the seven seats and slightly bigger size than my previous crossover. The customer said it was his upgrade for his existing. He had his Tiguan for 7 years and didn’t give him any head aches and maintenance was all change oils. I picked up the vehicle the day after, and the process was very smooth. They also had really cleaned the vehicle. When I had a question about a light two days after that I didn’t know was a safety feature, Chris provided an immediate response via SMS. So I guess it was all a smooth process, and that I hope it continues to be the same as the provide service maintenance checks or after sales. More
