The car dash had a warning light indicating the 12 volt battery was failing. I discussed this with the service advisor. The battery was tested and found to be failing. Additional inspections were completed but were not detailed with the exceptions of the cabin filter and tire pressure. The tire pressure was over inflated by checking with multiple gages indicating 43 PSI (42 max). Reset tire pressure to lower max pressure. Would have liked to see what inspections were performed as opposed to “multi point inspections” which lacks definition. More

Appointment was made quickly, John was very professional and was able to communicate with my 3rd party warranty to get my claim covered.
