Will never have my car serviced here again! Had a 7:30 am appointment and dropped and checked my vehicle in the night before. Services…oil change and tire rotation. Requested to pick up vehicle at 9:00 am. which the was noted at check in. Received call at 8:55 am saying they haven’t started the service yet…no attendants available. Once service started, received video stating I need front end alignment…this service was performed at my last service oil change! Note I live in Yorba Linda and made effort to have my vehicle serviced here. Bought the vehicle here which was a great experience! More

Brought my 2020 Tiguan in for oil service & overall inspection. There was some additional maintenance that was needed that I was advised on a completed the most important one. I was well informed by Greg throughout the process. The only issue I had was the turnaround time. It took 2 1/2 days to get it back. I was given a loaner but was not anticipating length of time it would take to get the car back. Greg was very accommodating & helpful. More
