They ran into a bit of a problem but they got it resolved. Such is the life of electric cars.
Great customer service and service advisors help and explain the work performed on the vehicle.
Excellent experience. Worked with Steve Smith and he knows his stuff. This is our 3rd vehicle from Capo VW. We keep coming back because of their amazing customer service.
we did wait about 10 minutes past our appointment time as he finished w/ another customer......and there was someone waiting after us....otherwise it was a 5.
