I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

I have a 1993 C4 Chevrolet Corvette 40th Anniversary - Geoffrey W.

I have a 1993 C4 Chevrolet Corvette 40th Anniversary edition. After a frustrating time of trying to find qualified C4 Corvette technician/mechanic, I finally hit the jackpot with Chevrolet of Watsonville's Service Department. My service rep, Alex Gil, is the consummate professional. He told me he had a C4 tech that was brilliant. I transported my car to them and they went through every system and then some to bring my Corvette up to today's safety standards, Alex bent over backwards to work with me, to seek out hard to find OEM and reproduced OEM products to keep my 'Survivor' as original as possible. I can't thank Alex and his crew enough for their professionalism, work ethic, and customer service care beyond anything that was expected. I will continue to only use Chevrolet of Watsonville for all my car needs from this point forward. You won't be disappointed, bur quite the opposite. Geoffrey W. Scotts Valley, CA

I damaged my rear bumper on my 2021 Santa Fe Limited while backing up my trailer. I brought my SUV in for Ray Alvarez to assess my damage bumper. Ray not only did an exceptional job in assessing the damage, he also provided me with two money saving options to repair the bumper. Thank you "Ray to the rescue". I then met with Noah, in the service department, did an exemplary job in the servicing of my SUV. Once the repair was completed, my SUV looked just as if it were new. I was extremely pleased with the results and the extraordinary service that I received from both Ray and Noah. Thanks to the both of you!
