Came in with 2 issues and found out that I only had one issue. That issue (alignment) needed a slight adjustment and this was handled fast. They had me on the road in 1/4 the time I expected.

Jessup got me an appointment wishing 3 days of my initial call. The part the truck needed was ordered and received the next day. My truck was in the shop all day Wednesday, but Jessup provided an uber for me to get to and from my office. The next day my truck was only in the shop for 1.5 hours. So I set up my laptop and worked at the convenient courtesy counter. I could not have asked for a more efficient process. And now my running board motor hums like a champ instead of grinding obnoxiously.

Everyone was great. My car was serviced in the time they said, my questions were answered, and everyone was helpful. They provided a ride back to my home while the car was serviced at no charge which allowed me to get work done. It would be better if the service divisions were less siloed and someone could test drive the car during routine maintenance to assess in issue that can't be visually seen. Instead I was informed that I would have to bring the car back and pay $265 to have that done. I'll go somewhere else for that.
