Brought our 2919 RX in for our complementary 40,000 mile check up. Have had a rattling noise from the drivers side passenger door area since we bought the pre-owned car a year and a half ago from another Lexus dealer. Matt the team leader was gracious enough to do a ride along with me prior to leaving the car for service. Couldn’t get the car to make the rattling noise. Got a call later in the day from Adam our service advisor that the service tech JT noticed that the rear trailing arms and bushings seemed to be worn for a vehicle that only had 43,000 miles on it. Had to wait over night for one of the trailing arms, (no big deal). A big shout out to the entire team as replacing the trailing arms and bushings resolved the source of the rattling that has been driving us nuts for the last year and a half. Our 2019 RX 350 now drives like a brand new car. The ride is tighter and smoother. I know this is wordy and has some technical language, but my wife and I are ecstatic that the team at TV Lexus went out of their way to solve our very annoying problem. Please don’t hesitate to take you vehicle to this dealership to have it serviced. They have done right by us twice now. Again a big shout out to Matt, Adam an JT.

I purchased a new Lexus on May 3, 2024. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. It took two weeks from my initial inquiry to close the deal. Mitch Stayberg, the internet sales representative for Newport Lexus, responded quickly, clearly and professionally to each and every communication I had with him(phone, text and email). It took two weeks from my initial inquiry to complete the purchase. Mitch found the exact(hard to find model) in transit, negotiated the purchase price and accepted the deposit within 48 hours of my first inquiry. He kept me up to date on the shipping status and delivery date and set a convenient appointment time for me to pick up the vehicle. The entire purchase appointment at the dealership took under two hours including test drive, all finance paperwork and vehicle orientation. This dealership has an air of pride and distinction. Service Center Staff is genuinely friendly and service-oriented. Greeted by a service attendant testing the tires. He clearly explained the tire diagnostic procedure he performed which showed one tire was worn and unsafe to drive. Previously dealt with Service Advisor Ly Do, but was greeted by Farah Nassiri who is quite exceptional, too. She's knowledgeable, pleasant, and treated us like family, exceeding our expectations. First time using the shuttle service. Drivers José and Brian are so respectful, engaging and mindful of road safety. Olé to José for his humorous personality. Everyone takes pride in each own's specialty and the dealership location is so clean and inviting. Car is happy, so are we! Thanks to everyone.

I purchased a brand new 2024 is 350 4 weeks ago & its already giving me issues, it smelled like burn & my whole screen went blank, i took it in to service & was told it was the dcm not working that it was a factory defect & had to change it, that it would take 3 weeks to a month approximate to fix because the part needed to be ordered, first of all it is very unfair that im purchasing a brand new vehicle for lexus dealer to be selling me a defective car they say its out of their control to know which car will be defective but i think its more unfair that i the customer should pay so much money for a defective car. After a week of asking & trying to speak to a sales manager everyone i spoke to because i kept getting transferred over & over first i spoke to sophia in service i spoke to laurie wich they said was a manager but was unable to help me & i spoke to vanessa a service manager also unable to help me, my salesperson emiliano was trying for me to speak with sales manager sammy D but he never reached out to me,sales person Gurmeet said if i wanted to get out of the sale i would have to pay approximately 6,000 dollars i never said i wanted to get out of a sale all i want is to be given a safe non defective vehicle without me having to put another down payment, how hard is that to understand, all of them had no knowledge of how to go about the situation, was even told to go in person this past saturday i sat there over an hour to be told manager was not available until monday, i live 45 minutes away which again wasted my time i was unable to attend a very important personal matter because the loaner i was in was not able to be driven into mexico or i would be fined, again dissapointment there, for the same reason 4 weeks ago i purchased brand new car to be able to have a reliable working car that i can feel safe in with my kids, finally yesterday monday march 4th 2024 i was able to meet in person with a sales manager aj he tried to work with me asked me what i wanted & i asked to be placed in another vehicle that is safe & not factory defective he was able to give me diffrent options but wanted me to cancel my 7 year extended warranty that i purchased for the is 350 which is worth 4,500 so i could use it as a new down payment how dare they want me to pay again when just four weeks ago i left a 3,000 downpayment i think its ridiculous, i shouldnt have to pay nothing because it is not my fault i got stuck with a defective vehicle, I am rating it a one star very poorly because this location lexus of escondido needs more training to better their communication & customer service skills so that us consumers can be their number one priority. I have opened a claim with lexus corporate and will be waiting for a response, by far my worst experience purchasing a vehicle
