I was waiting more than three hours for oil change with the 8:15 appointment and nobody seemed cared about appointments and it was first come first serve!! and supposed to get car wash too but when I picke the 8:15 appointment and nobody seemed cared about appointments and it was first come first serve!! and supposed to get car wash too but when I picked up my car I got notice my car wasn’t wash! Not only that we have a dash cam and I don’t know why they disconnected the camera and the cord was hanging in the air!! Also the rubber mat under driver side wasn’t in place, totally was not satisfied just had a service advisor Nolan was very nice and after find out the car was not washed offered me detailed car wash hope I can take advantage of it because we have to drive at least 40 minutes from my home to the dealership to doing that. More

We had a great experience. Mikki took care of us. He showed us the different models and even a new prototype. He thought the RZ 350e was right for us and we agreed. Alex helped Mikki took care of us. He showed us the different models and even a new prototype. He thought the RZ 350e was right for us and we agreed. Alex helped us with the paperwork and he was sharp and seemed to know what he was doing. He owns the same car and answered questions as we thought of them. I recommend Tustin Lexus to my mechanic. Time to check in and time to checkout were excessively long…over 30 minutes each despite arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment.
