I bought my first Lexus in May 2025. Excellent experience. Clair Johl was my sales consultant and she was wonderful. It was a long process at almost 4 hours which was a bit surprising. However the team was great. I walked in without an appointment, and all was well taken care of. The car is great.

Also, they are willing to answer for our questions over and over again, even when they were working overtime approaching midnight! 2. Professional manner and smooth process: The dealer’s team has its own special division and collaborates efficiently to ensure a smooth and efficient procedure, such as inspecting my trade-in car record, financing, choosing warranty options, and DMV paperwork. The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.
