Good customer services. But the Accord I got specifically on front passenger seat is a bit uncomfortable. It is very low and cannot be adjusted. My wife usually ride with me has medical condition on leg and back and has difficulty going out. I wish I could still change the vehicle.

Poor Service and Lack of Accountability – Be Cautious I brought my 2017 Honda Civic to Diamond Honda for a coolant service, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The time it takes just to get a proper inspection is unreasonable, and I was charged more than once for the same issue — which is unacceptable. Management and service operations show a lack of urgency and care. If you value your time and want quality service, I suggest looking elsewhere.
