I've personally bought many cars in my lifetime and have help many more do the same. This may have been the absolute best experience I've ever had. Pricing was being fair. Level of consideration and respect was top notch. Got me in and out in record time. I'm not sure I could have been treated any better. We purchased a Nautilus Black Label SUV yesterday. From the moment we got out of our car until we drove out of the showroom we felt valued and appreciated as a customer. Kudos to Sal, Scott and Jose. When I was hungry they brought me food, when I was confused they were patient, when I asked a question they had an answer or found someone who did. Just a very pleasant experience all around. Just before we drove away Sal put a huge silver bow on the hood of our vehicle and snapped photos for us. A very special touch and memory.

Bought a 2024 Lexus today, and the service was fast and awesome. I was scheduled yesterday to look at another car at Arizona Car Sales and cancelled at the last minute. Luis was very considerate of my wishes and did not pressure me. I found another vehicle online (at Arizona Car Sales) that fit my needs better, so I came back the next day. Luis jumped through hoops to find me the best interest rate possible - no pressure tactics -and gave me all my options. In and out very quickly! Thank you, Luis!
