Also, they refused to fix the vehicle and told me to take it off their lot or they will tow it to the nearest tow lot. 45k for this 2018 Dodge charger that is useless with a $25,000 for parts and repair. if I can give a lower review i would sales guy Julio showed me a car said it was available went on a Sunday afternoon said his mechanic would look at it Monday and when it was ready to test drive he wou showed me a car said it was available went on a Sunday afternoon said his mechanic would look at it Monday and when it was ready to test drive he would call me well 3 days later he calls and says someone bought it Tuesday as is (weird) well how come i didnt get the chance to buy as is. Shady not good business practices never again i would set foot there. More

Zero stars for me. At this point I'm soon tired if dealing with this dealership. I don't recommend this place to any. Nothing but headaches with this dealership. They love to play stupid games when it comes to hidden fees, warranties and add ons. The sales guy will say something and the finance manager will say another. Then the GM will contradict both of them. It could be a lack of communication amongst the team but it's probably to stir up confusion so you just settle on a price. Lastly, they won't sell any cars without their Yates Advantage Warranty but they also make you sign a paper saying that they are not forcing you to buy the warranty. The warranty is provided by RoadVantage and according to them, you can cancel at any time but Yates won't allow it. I had to threaten litigation to get them to cancel the warranty. They know they are in the wrong when they say these lies. They just think people are too scared to get lawyers involved. Beware of these bafoons. More
