The Arizona weather is hot enough as it is, but the truck's A/C makes it even hotter. Since they already knew about this problem, they refused to take responsibility. The manager was incredibly rude, arrogant, and bad-tempered. When I said I wanted to return the truck, they offered to cover only half the A/C repair cost. Then, a noise developed—a popping sound—when reversing and turning the steering wheel. There’s also a leak in the windshield washer fluid reservoir; I have to keep refilling it constantly, yet they claim it isn't covered under warranty, even though I’ve had the truck for less than two months. I posted a negative review, and they told me that unless I deleted it, they wouldn't cover half the A/C cost; they said I had to delete it or else leave and pay the full price myself. They literally forced me to delete the review, but I took a screenshot and am attaching the proof. They were so indignant when I brought up the issues—yet when you're buying the vehicle, they promise that they'll happily handle any problem that arises. But the moment you actually come back with issues, they just get angry. After I finished that, I deleted the comment; when I turned it in, they didn't do anything to him—even though they were practically in tears begging me to delete it. I didn't want to do it, but I ended up deleting it anyway, and they let him keep the same grade. I’ve attached the screenshot I took before deleting the original photo. Afterward, they supposedly performed the service which was supposed to be split 50/50 but after I waited over two hours, they had merely parked the SUV out back to make me think they were actually working on it. Then Andrés, the guy who sold it to me, came out and said, "We’ve decided to cover all the costs; you won't pay a thing you're all set to go." It seemed odd to me, so I checked the service slip; they hadn't replaced the compressor, they had just added refrigerant to make it *seem* like it was cooling. Annoyed, I checked the SUV, and the air coming out was actually hotter than before. I told him, "You didn't do a thing" unlike earlier, when he was practically in tears begging me to delete my comment so the manager would keep his word about covering half the A/C cost. Well, the situation only got worse, even though I deleted the comment; now the air blows out scorching hot, and the paperwork they gave me was just a way to wash their hands of the matter. I have nothing but praise for this amazing team! I went in with a 2008 vehicle that I was upside down on, not enough money for the down payment, and a credit score that was far from perfect. Not once did they make me feel less than anyone else because of my credit or financial situation. They treated me like a five-star customer—honestly, they made me feel like a millionaire! The respect, kindness, patience, and genuine effort they showed me were unbelievable. A very special thank you to Husam (Sam) Aoufe, my amazing salesperson, and Tracy Brown, the Sales Manager who MADE IT HAPPEN! These two went above and beyond for me and turned what I thought was an impossible situation into one of the happiest days I’ve had in a long time.
